Final pricing is determined on-site if conditions differ from those described at booking.

- Ensuring pets are secured
- Providing safe access to the work area
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation lines, landscaping, or underground utilities not properly disclosed.

- Pre-existing septic system damage
- Structural failures due to age or deterioration
- Hidden tank defects
- Delayed drainage caused by system design issues
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
